Registration

PhD and post-doctoral researchers
Twin room: 250 € pp.
Single room:  350 € pp.

Permanent researchers:
Single room: 490 € pp.

The registration fee includes the attendance to all sessions of the conference, accomodation, lunches, diners, coffee breaks, conference dinner and participation to the social event. The first meal included will be the dinner on Monday, January 25th and the last one, the lunch on Friday, January 29th.

Registration is a 2-step procedure :

1/ First pre-registrate : after typically 48 h, you will receive an email confirming your pre-registration.

2/ Formal registration : from the link provided in the pre-registration email, you will be able to fill the registration form until payment by credit card or bank transfer (French only).
